Back before the year 2020 hit us with the COVID pandemic, “going viral” used to be a good thing—and this year, it is again. Sydnie Wells, an avid bowhunter and angler, has gone viral (in the best way) in the world of outdoor entertainment. Now a brand ambassador NOMAD Outdoor Apparel, Wells’ journey into hunting stardom began young.

The daughter of famed bowhunter Tim Wells, she certainly had something of a leg up on other archers, but her authentic experience and down-to-earth attitude quickly made her a social-media superstar. With over 160,000 followers on Instagram, her photos and commentary caught the attention of an even bigger audience—the Outdoor Channel.

Now the co-host of "Viral Outdoors" on the Outdoor Channel, the 23-year-oldWells presides over one of the most entertaining outdoor entertainment shows out there. Funny, strange and informative videos from all over the Net get either roasted or toasted by Wells and her co-hosts. (If you’d like to catch some “Viral Outdoors” fever, you can find more information here.) You can also catch her as a host on Barstool Sports, and is a producer for the series “Relentless Pursuit TV” on the Sportsman’s Channel.

Wells' passion as an outdoors woman makes her a perfect fit for NOMAD, which creates apparel for hunting and other outdoor adventures for both men and women.

“I love hunting and fishing, so when the opportunity to partner with NOMAD came along, it was a perfect fit,” said Wells. “NOMAD’s goal to protect the traditions of the outdoors and to empower hunters and fishers with innovative and authentic hunting gear couldn’t be more important. I’m excited to be a part of it, and I look forward to joining them in helping outdoor enthusiasts to be more efficient and make great memories in the wild.”

What’s next for Sydnie? Whatever it is, we here at NRA Women are sure it’ll be fun to watch.
