There's nothing worse than not having the right tool at hand when life's little emergencies happen. Whether it's having a pump to put enough air in your tire to get you to the nearest service station, or a pocketknife to save you from an outdoor mishap, the tools you have on hand for daily fixes can mean the difference between continuing on with your task at hand, or being stuck until help has arrived.

The same can be said for your firearms. While there are plenty of modifications that should be performed only by a qualified gunsmith, there are an equal amount of DIY tricks you can accomplish on your own—if you have the right tools. We came across this blog from CrossBreed Holsters, which offers an excellent rundown of tools the all gun owners should keep on hand—and for what you'll use them. Check out these "Basic Tools Every Gun Owner Should Own" for everyday tweaks, twists and turns to keep your gun running.
