It’s a Podium Sweep for Team Krieghoff at the 2022 NSCA U.S. Open

Break out the broom, Team Krieghoff lady shooters dominated the spotlight at the 2022 NSCA U.S. Open, with a Main Event Lady podium sweep!

The event took place May 16-22 at the Back Woods Quail Club in Georgetown, South Carolina. Of the field of 130 Lady shooters, K-80 Shooter Madison Sharpe won the Main Event Lady Championship title by an impressive seven targets. Team Krieghoff’s Shelby Moon and Karen Shedd joined Sharpe on the podium as Runner Up and 3rd place, respectively, to complete the Krieghoff podium sweep. Team Krieghoff continued to shine in the FITASC Event, with Shelby Moon winning the Lady FITASC title and Karen Shedd taking home Lady Runner Up honors.


Shelby Moon won Lady Championship titles in FITASC and the Prelim, and took home HOA honors in the Winchester Ladies All Around—all in addition to her Lady Runner Up finish in the Main Event.


Karen Shedd rounded out the U.S. Open as the Winchester Ladies All Around 3rd place finisher after winning the Lady Super Sport title and placing Lady Runner Up in the FITASC event.


Team Krieghoff's Reanna Frauens won the U.S. Open 5-Stand Lady Champion title.

Reanna Frauens continued Team Krieghoff’s winning streak by taking the Lady 5-Stand title, while Madison Sharpe took top honors in both the 20 Gauge and 28 Gauge Champion titles in the Lady category. Reanna also placed Lady Runner Up in the Super Sport event.
