Congratulations to Team Krieghoff’s husband-wife duo Karen and Gebben Miles, who took top podium spots at the Fujairah Mountain Shooting Championship (FMSC). Karen walked away with top honors in the Lady Division with a first-place win. Meanwhile, Gebben shot a 290, resulting in a three-way tie for second. He ended up getting edged out by one target in the shoot off for third place.
The FMSC established a one-of-a-kind clays shooting championship experience amidst the rugged mountains of Fujairah in the UAE. This year attracted more than 400 participants from 37 countries with shooters competing for more than $300,000 in prizes. The FMSC is organized under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah in the United Arab Emirates and has emerged as one of the newest “must attend” events of the sporting clays season.
Both Gebben and Karen Miles have been loyal Krieghoff K-80 shooters for years. and also run a successful private instruction school, the Sporting Clays Academy that offers clinics, private instruction and sporting clay instructional videos.
