From a TKG press release:
With power brands Federal, Remington, Fiocchi, and B&P, The Kinetic Group sponsored shooters crushed the competition at the 2026 National Sporting Clay Championship. With more than 2,600 shooters competing, including a strong international contingent, sponsored shooters from The Kinetic Group captured all the major trophies and numerous event titles at the National Shooting Complex in San Antonio, Texas. The premier sporting clay event ran from October 17 to October 25, 2026.
"We have an incredible roster of talented shooters across each of our brands," said TKG CEO and Chairman Jason Vanderbrink. "The performance displayed at the National Championship told the world that the products they shoot from the brands they represent give them a distinct advantage at each course and station and the multitude of trophies are the proof."
Remington's Todd Hitch took down a deep field of nearly 1,900 shooters to win his first Overall Main Event title with Federal's Derrick Mein finishing Runner-Up. The pair would flip positions in the coveted All-Around Overall title with Mein taking the top spot and Hitch finishing second. Mein was also the Championship Tour winner. In individual events, Remington's Braxton Oliver won the K Kup.
In the Lady category, B&P's Karen Miles claimed the Lady Main Event title by just one target over Fiocchi's Kiersten Sales. In the Lady All-Around, Miles was victorious over Remington's Madison Sharpe.
"Miles was absolutely dominant at Nationals," said Jason Nash, TKG's Vice President of Marketing. "Besides winning the prestigious Lady Main Event and All-Around, she also won the FITASC and K Kup events to cement her position as one of the best sporting clay shooters in the world," said Nash. In the Ladies Cup race, Miles, Sales, and Sharpe left no room for the competition and finished first, second, and third respectively.
"From Remington's STS and Premier Nitro Sporting Clays to Federal's High Over All, Master Class, and Gold Medal Papers, B&P's Competition One and Fiocchi's White Rinos, more birds were broken with TKG brands than other ammunition brand at the event," said Nash. "It was a great finish to the year for our sponsored sporting clay shooters, and we look forward to even more top podium finishes in 2027 from the deepest roster of the most accomplished shooters in sporting clays."
