Regional champion Missy Gilliland has earned the title of Top Lady in both the Alabama Precision Series and the MasterPiece Arms (MPA) Series. Armed with her trusty GA Precision rifle, Gilliland cemented her double victory in early August in Blakely, Georgia.

The MPA’s Regional Series Finale was hosted by the Arena Training Facility, while the Alabama Precision Series Finale was held July 4, 2021 in Carbon Hill, Alabama. Gilliland was shooting Berger bullets’s 105 Grain Hybrid Target projectiles loaded in Lapua cartridge cases when she claimed her titles, thus crediting them to some of her success. “With the consistency and performance of each Berger bullet, I know if my wind call is correct, I will hit the target!”

Gilliland said she was also thrilled to receive Top Lady titles in both competitions, “as there are a lot of great women competitors in the Southeast bringing the heat!” Gilliland will compete again later on Sept. 25, 2021 at the ALTUS Long Range Challenge in Baker, Florida.
