The environment of a Memphis pizza establishment went from calm to chaotic after a 39-year-old man became erratic and allegedly threatened to shoot the other patrons dining in the restaurant. A witness said an argument had ensued, escalating to a fight that culminated in dishes dropping on the ground, and tables and chairs falling. Some patrons reportedly hid under tables; others were able to run and escape the restaurant. A woman, reportedly a relatively of the man, fired a fatal shot at the man. After an investigation, no charges were filed against the woman. (wreg.com; Memphis, Tenn.; 2/14/23)
