SLG2 Inc. has announced the return of the Hunt Like A Girl contest in partnership with Beretta. This exclusive, all-expenses paid hunt will be held April 7-10, 2026, at Lagarde Lake Lodge in Piedmont, Alabama. As turkey season approaches, the contest offers one winner the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to take part in a guided turkey hunt. The contest opens on March 6, 2026, at 9 a.m. EST and runs until March 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. EDT. The winner will be announced around March 17, 2026.

The experience blends elements of a new hunter and shooter orientation with a turkey hunt, welcoming both first-time shooters alongside industry media professionals. In addition to personal mentorship, the winner will receive a premium gear package with all travel and lodging expenses covered. Guests will hunt alongside both experienced Shoot Like A Girl instructors and Beretta Ambassador Diane Sorantino, while connecting with vendors and fellow outdoor enthusiasts. Diane Sorantino, Captain of Beretta Shotgun Team, is a National Sporting Clays Hall of Fame inductee and brings decades of competitive and coaching experience, including 3 NSCA National Championships, 5 U.S. Open titles, 2 World FITASC Ladies Championships and 38 international medals.

“We’re proud to create an experience that fosters confidence, strengthens connections and celebrates a passion for the outdoors,” said Karen Butler, founder and president of SLG2, Inc. “Through partnering with Beretta, we are excited to offer hands-on mentorship and a supportive environment that empower participants every step of the way.”

Hunt Like A Girl aims to empower women through hunting adventures, while promoting an appreciation for the outdoors. This hunting experience will include firearm familiarization and a turkey hunt, where the winner will have guided support throughout the trip, from patterning shotguns to calling in turkey. The Hunt Like A Girl Turkey Hunt in partnership with Beretta provides a platform for real people to create authentic stories and experiences.

To enter, participants can nominate themselves or a friend by submitting a short essay and video. Video submissions are encouraged and may increase the chances of being selected. Participants will also earn additional entries by engaging with links included in the official contest post. Contestants are also invited to share their entry on social media using the hashtags ShootLikeAGirl, BerettaTribe, MyBerettaStory and Beretta.

Attendees will be professionally photographed and filmed throughout the event, capturing their memories and helping to amplify the mission of showcasing the accessibility and benefits of the shooting sports industry.
