In what police are calling a domestic-related incident, a man attempted to break into a woman’s home by throwing bricks though the window. But the woman was armed and, in fear for her life, reportedly fired multiple shots at the would-be intruder. The man then set fire to the home and ran away. The woman was able to escape the fire without injury, however, the home burned to the ground. Authorities were still searching for the suspect, charge with arson, at the time of this publication.
