Twaw 2022 Survey

Despite being down by a slight margin over the record-breaking year of 2020, gun sales in 2022 remained among the highest ever.

But what guns were women buying? Specifically, what guns were you buying? For several years The Well Armed Woman (TWAW) has surveyed and reported on results shared by as many as 6,000 women. You can see the results from the 2020 survey here, and results from 2021 here. Now TWAW wants to see what's changed in gun-buying habits for 2022, and asks for your help by participating in its 6th Annual Anonymous Gun Owner Survey and Giveaway.

Why is this survey so important? For one, on top of yielding interesting information, it helps guide and educate the firearms industry in the needs and preferences of women gun owners—and inform them on who the American woman gun owner is. TWAW says the data collected through this anonymous survey also helps them to provide the very best products, content and service for all women gun owners. Won’t you be one of them?

If you have privacy concerns over sharing such information in an online format, TWAW Founder Carrie Lightfoot quells those fears. "The survey and data collected is done on our website—not Google or any other third-party tool," she said. "We don’t collect or ask for any personal or identifiable information, and I personally analyze the data."

If you need more incentive to enter, this year respondents have the option to enter to win a prize—a black concealed carry purse.

To participate in the survey or to find a TWAW chapter in your area, go to thewellarmedwoman.com. And be sure share this link with all the women gun owners in your life!
