NRA WLF Adventure

The highly anticipated NRA Women’s Leadership Forum Luncheon and Auction will occur on May 27 at the NRA Annual Meeting and Exhibits. With Virginia’s Lieutenant Governor Winsome Earle-Sears speaking, it’s a can’t-miss event. However, if you are unable to attend, you can still participate in the auction virtually. All of the proceeds go to the NRA’s Institute for Legislative Action (ILA), the branch of the NRA dedicated to fighting for pro-Second Amendment legislation.

Registering for the auction is easy: Text nrawlf to 56651 to register for the NRA Women’s Leadership Forum Online Auction—and please note that this auction is open to everyone, not just women! The auction can also be accessed on your computer or laptop by visiting nrawlf.muradbid.com. You need not be present to win.

Here are four featured adventure items up for auction that any outdoorswoman would appreciate. From events to tools to apparel, all of these items are ideal for exploring in nature and your bid will directly support the Second Amendment.

Women's Wilderness Escape at the NRA Whittington Center
A week of friendship, fun and firearms, our Associate Editor compared the Women’s Wilderness Escape (WWE) to adult summer camp. However, this year’s session will be held in October. The NRA Whittington Center is located in Raton, New Mexico, so the cooler temperatures might be a blessing! The highest bidder will win cabin lodging, great food, superb firearms instruction, access to firearms and ammunition and the opportunity to meet new people from all over the country to form lasting friendships.

The amazing instructors at WWE will introduce participants to the proper and safe use of firearms. There is no experience necessary to attend. Whether you’re new to firearms or an experienced shooter, your peers and instructors will help you to grow your skills and refine your talents on the range. This women-only event allows new shooters to learn in a friendly, accepting environment. By the end of the week, you will have experience shooting nine different kinds of firearms and a group of inspiring new friends. Generously donated by Barbara Rumpel.
