10-24 Products Runner’s Rig (COMING SOON)

Taking a pistol with me on a jog is still somewhat of a trial-and-error experience. While some pistols and carry methods get the job done, you still are wondering if there might be a better product out there. 10-24 Products is introducing a concealed carry rig that carries the pistol securely in a chest harness. With two adjustable shoulder straps and waist strap, the Runner’s Rig features a hidden quick access pocket to carry your firearm when you run. It also has several pockets for other accessories like a phone and keys. At this time the Runner’s Rig will only be offered in black for $70, but more colors will be available soon.
Andy’s Leather Biothane Sling

Andy Langlois has been making slings and leather accessories for firearms for over 30 years, including specialty products like his Scout Rifle Ching slings and his all-round Rhodesian sling. The latter works great on a rifle with conventional sling swivels and brings back the art of using the rifle sling as a shooting aid. Maybe the name fooled me, but I have overlooked Andy’s Biothane products. Biothane is high-strength nylon webbing that is overmolded in a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). The result is wear, mold, and UV resistant. Andy uses the material for various slings, including the Ching ($110), Rhodesian ($80), and standard two-point slings ($50). Using Biothane allows him to offer a variety of colors, including blaze orange.

The Integrator comes in multiple sizes and colors and is priced at $350, plus any accessories you add.
Tick Mitt

Although we’re in the midst of winter, spring is just a few months away and with the warm weather comes the emergence of ticks. Sprays and tick collars can help repel the nasty hitchhikers from ourselves and our pets, but sometimes it just takes a thorough look to spot them crawling. Tick Mitt is a product designed to help you do just that. After spending time outdoors use the mitten to wipe over your clothes and pets’ fur. The material collects ticks (not yet attached to skin) and you can then place the mitt in the dryer to kill the ticks. One mitt sells for $20 and bundle packs are also available. What if you find a tick that is attached? Coming soon is the Tick Sidekick a pocket multi-tool tick lifter, tweezers and a flashlight to help with removal.
Safe Storage
Onnais Defender EDC Tray Stand

Onnais is known for their biometric lighted pistol safes and trigger locks, but new this year they were featuring an “Everyday Carry Tray” with compartments to put items such as keys, phone, watch, wallet and your EDC pistol. The pistol stand covers the trigger and locks the handgun in place until either your fingerprint, a number code or key releases it. The trigger lock adapts to various models that don’t have rail accessories. The Defender EDC Tray Stand is priced at $120.
B.O.S. Lock Fusion (COMING SOON)

Biometric, Optimized, Safety is what B.O.S. Lock stands for. An innovative design this year, the Fusion locks the slide in the open position until your fingerprint allows it close. The company claims the device is the fastest secure method of storage and demonstrated on video with time trials comparing it with other common storage devices. With a loaded magazine inserted, a metal arm locks in place in front of a retracted slide. When an authorized user is ready to chamber a round, their fingerprint causes the arm to release, allowing the slide to move forward and chamber a round. The device has an integrated light and laser and fits on any pistol that has a Picatinny rail mount. The Fusion is estimated to cost around $250.

The Kini Safe Alert Motion Sensor with Real-time SMS Alerts retails for $75. Multiple sensors can be monitored with the app.
