A “Trump Tommy Gun” in .45 ACP from Kahr Arms; a limited edition, custom Smith & Wesson Model 629 in.44 Mag. Collector's Edition; a new Colt Python chambered in .357 Mag., and dozens of other guns, knives, safes, ammo and accessories donated by the most famous names in firearms are all on the list of items up for bid on the 2020 NRA-ILA Summer Auction. Every item comes to NRA's Institute for Legislative Action as a 100 percent donation, ensuring that all funds go directly to the battle for protecting the Second Amendment.

NRA-ILA SUMMER AUCTION TERMS OF SALE

By bidding, you agree to the following terms of sale.
SHIPPING AND SALES TAXES WILL BE ADDED, AS APPLICABLE, PER THE TERMS BELOW.
All firearm sales will be billed to include a flat rate of $25 for shipping and handling. Appropriate state and local sales taxes will be added to the winning bid price, as applicable, based on the shipping location. Shipping and handling for non-firearms items will be assessed and charged at the end of the auction. 

All firearm purchases will be shipped to the buyer's local FFL for transfer by the FFL in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. The purchaser of the firearm will be provided with instructions on FFL requirements and how to submit the transfer paperwork at the conclusion of the auction. Firearms not claimed by 9/1/2020 will become the property of NRA-ILA. If for any reason you are unable to complete the Firearms transfer, NRA-ILA will retain ownership of the Firearm. All Federal, State and Local Laws apply.
