Hunt Like A Girl (1)

Never been hunting? Or have you only been out once or twice with a relative before you were old enough to drive? If so, this is the learning opportunity for you. Shoot Like A Girl has partnered with Beretta to launch the Hunt Like A Girl contest. One applicant will be chosen based on her thoughtfully worded 500-character limit “essay” to participate in a guided turkey hunt in Kansas, from May 7-9.

Don’t miss out on a chance to experience the spring turkey season for the first time with an all-women team. Karen Butler, founder and President of Shoot Like A Girl has expressed how excited she is to “introduce a new hunter to the thrill of turkey hunting.” The lucky winner will also receive a gear prize pack from the hunt’s sponsors so that she can continue her hunting journey with the right supplies.

If you want a shot at this ideal introduction to hunting, complete the online entry form in its entirety and nominate either yourself or a friend for the grand prize by crafting a 500-character paragraph explaining what this opportunity means to you! You must be at least 21 years old and a legal U.S. resident to enter. The grand-prize winner will also undergo a background check.

So, get to work! This contest lasts from March 19, 2021 to April 5, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. EDT. Shoot Like A Girl and Beretta will announce a winner on April 12. If you’ve always wanted to give hunting a try, this is the perfect opportunity to gain the confidence and know-how to further the sport for years to come.
