NRA Women The Armed Citizen Shooting A Pistol

It might have seemed like a scene from a dramatic movie for an Oscar-winning hair stylist when she was forced to fire at a man in his 30s as he forced his way into her multi-million-dollar Hollywood Hills home.

The woman, who has worked on films like “National Treasure” and “The Hunger Games,” told police that the man claimed he was injured and needed help, as he tried to enter her home from the backyard. The woman’s husband called police to report the shooting.

According to reports, responding police found the man suffering from a gunshot wound, but remained conscious when he was taken to a hospital. The man remains in critical but stable condition, according to reports. (Dailymail.com; Hollywood, CA; 10/23/23)
