Jessie Harrison Team Taurus Us Steel Championship 2026

Taurus announces a historic milestone for the company, as world champion, Taurus Team Captain, and marketing team member Jessie Harrison delivered a dominant triple-title performance at the 2026 US Steel Nationals—highlighted by the all-new TX9 earning a national championship title in its out-of-the-box configuration—held March 19–22 in Titusville, Florida.

Competing against the nation's top shooters, Jessie captured:

  • Ladies Carry Optics National Champion (All-New Taurus TX9 Full Size)
  • Ladies Open National Champion (Taurus 1911)
  • Ladies Overall National Champion

This achievement marks a defining moment for Taurus, as the all-new TX9, the company's first-ever duty-ready platform, proved its performance at the highest level of competition in its national debut.

"Steel Challenge has always held a special place in my heart as the ultimate test of skill, combining both speed and precision," said Jessie. "Competing with the TX9 at the Steel Nationals was my goal— I knew this was the perfect platform to showcase its potential."

In a powerful demonstration of confidence in the platform, Jessie competed with the TX9 in its completely stock configuration, making no modifications.

"My intention was to prove that this pistol could perform out of the box at a high level," she added.

Jessie's performance not only reinforces her position as one of the sport's elite competitors but also validates the TX9 as a duty-ready, competition-capable platform from day one—a rare achievement for a first-in-category firearm for the brand.

In addition to her Carry Optics title, Jessie secured the Ladies Open National Championship using her Taurus 1911, demonstrating excellence across platforms and further strengthening Taurus' presence in competitive shooting.

"I am incredibly proud to have earned the Ladies Carry Optics National title along with Ladies Open National title using my Taurus 1911, and Ladies Overall National Championship! I hope Taurus shares in these victories with me—with their support through the years, it has truly become a team effort!"

This milestone represents more than a competitive victory, it reflects the collective effort behind the TX9. From engineering and product development to marketing and athlete support, this achievement underscores Taurus' commitment to delivering a duty pistol that performs when it matters most.
