The National Rifle Association has announced that Dianna and Ryan Muller are joining Kyle Lamb as official brand ambassadors for the NRA America’s Rifle Challenge (ARC), a dynamic program designed to promote safe, practical and recreational use of America’s most popular rifle platform—the AR-15—through training and competitive marksmanship in real-world shooting challenges. As Brand Ambassadors, Dianna and Ryan Muller will lead outreach efforts, appear at ARC events nationwide, provide educational content and support the ongoing growth of this flagship NRA program.

Dianna and Ryan Muller are a remarkable husband-and-wife team in the firearms community, combining decades of experience in law enforcement, engineering, professional shooting and firearms instruction. Together, they are nationally recognized advocates for responsible gun ownership and education.

“Dianna and Ryan Muller represent the best of who we are as a shooting community—passionate, courageous and deeply committed to preserving our Second Amendment rights and traditions,” said Josh Savani, NRA Executive Director, General Operations. “Their story, instruction abilities, and advocacy will bring new energy to America’s Rifle Challenge and inspire a broader, more inclusive generation of shooters.”

Dianna Muller is a 22-year retired veteran of the Tulsa Police Department, a decorated professional 3-Gun competitor with world and national championship titles to her credit. Dianna is also the 2015 NRA World Shooting Championship High Lady Champion, a certified firearms instructor and founder of Women for Gun Rights. During her experience in law enforcement patrol, narcotics, gangs and street crimes, Dianna has encountered firsthand the realities of violence and self-defense. Her competitive achievements and decades of firearms instruction in law enforcement and with civilians have made her a respected voice in the firearms industry.

Ryan Muller is also a professional shooter and competitor with national championship wins across multiple disciplines. Ryan is an outdoorsman, a hunter and mechanical engineer by trade. He is also a certified firearms instructor known for his clear, methodical teaching style. Ryan’s background in engineering and ballistics enhances his ability to communicate complex concepts to students of all levels, from those with little to no experience to tier-one operators. Ryan is also a survivor of a life-changing motorcycle accident in 2023 that broke his back and nearly left him paralyzed. With God’s help and with Dianna by his side, Ryan endured a complex surgery, managed through difficult recovery, and is once again competing and teaching firearms courses.

Together, the Mullers travel the country competing, teaching firearms safety and defensive skills, advocating for Second Amendment rights and empowering citizens—especially women—with the confidence to protect themselves and their families. Their shared mission is rooted in a belief that education is the foundation of safety, and that responsible, trained gun owners play a vital role in protecting both life and liberty.

“We are honored to join the NRA America’s Rifle Challenge as Brand Ambassadors,” said Dianna and Ryan Muller. “ARC is about developing confidence and competence with America’s Rifle in the hands of law-abiding citizens. We look forward to encouraging AR owners and new shooters to participate in this fun and important program.”

Their involvement in NRA America’s Rifle Challenge is a natural extension of their commitment to training and outreach, making them ideal ambassadors for a program that emphasizes skill development and responsible firearm ownership.
