NRA's Women's Wilderness Escapes are the perfect combination of relaxation and adventure, providing women of all experience levels with an unforgettable experience that fosters fellowship and refreshes the soul. These events were one of the things we missed the most during the COVID-19 pandemic, and we're thrilled to announce that they're back for 2021! At this time, we have one to announce, to be held at the majestic NRA Whittington Center in Raton, N.M., from July 18-24, 2021.

This Women's Wilderness Escape offers a supportive environment where women can learn from one another, as well as NRA-certified instructors, in safe firearms handling and outdoorsmanship ... without sacrificing the creature comforts that the less rugged among us prefer. You'll get to stay in the Founder's Cabins, eat in the dining facility, and anticipate the unscheduled early morning and evening escapades of the bear, deer, elk and antelope that call the NRA Whittington Center home.

The NRA Whittington Center is without a doubt the finest shooting complex in the nation.
Its 33,000 acres nest among the scenic western mountains and high mesa country of New Mexico. Even though there will be a lot of different firearms to learn about, you will have plenty of time to soak in the beautiful southwestern mountain views and wildlife.

NRA Women's Wilderness escapes are all-inclusive; the $1,600 fee covers lodging, instruction, firearms, ammunition, meals and more. All of the friends you'll make and the stories you'll tell? Those will be priceless. Registration is open now ... click here to save your seat!
