A legally armed Chicago woman shot and killed an intruder early in the morning on the city's West Side. The deceased was one of two suspects who broke in the woman’s home, according to police. As the suspects pulled out guns, the 23-year-old woman in the house was prepared with her own pistol. Police said point the three started to shoot at each other when one of the male suspects was shot in the chest. He was taken to the hospital and later succumbed to his wounds.
