Each GTM item comes with a:
- One-year limited wear-and-tear warranty
- Two-year limited warranty on the leather
- Two-year limited warranty on the shoulder straps
- These warranties apply only to products purchased from GTM Original’s authorized retailers.

As the holiday season approaches, it’s essential to confirm that GTM products are coming from the right sources. Purchases made through authorized channels guarantee warranty protection, as well as the ability to return, exchange or repair products when necessary.
“We craft and build our products to such a high level that it does not end with the purchase. We bring a holistic approach by offering our warranty, a live person to talk with and education to help the consumer find the right dealer and training,” Chisholm added. “If the consumer cannot provide when and where their bag was purchased, the warranty is null and void. GTM recommends against purchasing its products secondhand or from third-party sources through resale or used platforms. These purchases can, unfortunately, be dangerous if not inspected by the experts at GTM to ensure safety.
