A shooting that grew out of a domestic violence incident resulted in the death of the aggressor. According to the Jonesboro (Arkansas) Police Department, officers were called to a reported shooting incident on a Friday morning. When they arrived, they discovered a 38-year-old man with apparent gunshot wounds. The injured man was administered medical attention on scene, then transferred to a hospital, where he later succumbed to his wounds. A subsequent investigation revealed that the incident occurred between the deceased man and a woman living at the home. The woman,19, was taken into custody for questioning.
