Here’s what we know: Deputies were summoned to a home just after 9:30 p.m. on a Sunday, and when they arrived, they found the 49-year-old alleged attacker dead at the scene. Further information included previous recent charges filed against the man for domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature, and assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature against the same woman.
