NRA Women The Armed Citizen Shooting A Pistol

A big-rig driver and her boyfriend—also a truck driver—reportedly engaged in an argument while driving, which developed into a physical attack. Here's what allegedly happened: While she was driving, the boyfriend hit the woman in the head, so she pulled the semi-tractor trailer off the road. At that point, the boyfriend threw her into the sleeper area of the truck. He then resumed driving, eventually pulling over. At that point he charged at her. In fear for her life, the woman shot him. The man was taken to the hospital and treated for a gunshot wound and non-life threatening injuries. The woman has not been charged.  (wthr.com; Indianapolis, IN; 5/3/23)
