NRA Women The Armed Citizen Pistol Drawn

In a fight that involves a Pogo stick and a firearm, chances are the firearm will win every time. That’s what happened when a group of several men and women were involved in what is being described as a disturbance. During the fight, one of the women charged at another woman with a large metal Pogo stick—but the intended target was armed with handgun. Fearing for her life, the woman fired one shot at the aggressor, hitting her in the chest. After an investigation, the District Attorney’s office confirmed that no charges would be filed, as it was deemed the shooter acted in self-defense. (journalnow.com; Winston-Salem, N.C.; 3/29/23)
